I had double mastectomy with reconstruction on 18/12/2019 and had expanders placed straight away. When drains were removed 2 weeks after the op my breasts were flat however a week after they got bigger and have stayed like that since,no other symptoms. They are both quite symmetrical and I can feel some parts are a bit soft,some harder. I am trying to get my PS team to call me but got no response . I have the feeling this is fluid that’s not absorbed by my body however I wanted to know if anyone else had a similar experience?
