Dear Ladies I sailed through the menopause when i followed - Nancy Lonsdorf MD advice in her book - A woman’s best medicine for Menopause. Even better the facts are still valid today and her book on amazon is les than a £10. This remains my bible and i’ve recommended it to many women since, and now you and the forum.
