Hi Everyone
I’ve been taking Letrozole for around 4 weeks now and have developed a dry mouth and white patches on my tongue. This may be a touch of oral thrush as I use steroid inhalers and am prone to this.
I am also in the middle of rads so may partially be due to dehydration . I am drinking 2lites of water plus herbal teas every day but think I may get dehydrated over night.
The dry mouth is worse in the morning and gets better during the day.
Has anyone else experienced this side effect on Letrozole?
