I haven’t had your treatment yet had issues from ECT chemo. Obviously it’s uncommon yet I had extraordinary tachycardia and atrial fibrillation so wound up in A&E a couple of times. I’m presently on beta blockers endorsed via cardio advisor and have changed treatment (yet that was because of it not working instead of heart issues) and have been fine from that point onward. Make an effort not to stress a lot as like Nicky said they can give you medications to help your heart or then again there are other treatment alternatives which may suit you better
