It is with great sadness I write to let everybody know that Kate, age 37, died on 19th February 2010. All of us from the Edinburgh area will miss her greatly, and the Lakes this year won’t be the same without her. xx

This is too sad. I met Kate at a London meet and she was absolutely lovely. My sincere condolences to her family, friends and especially her sister who was at the meet too (they were having a wild weekend in London)

Oh no! Only just read this as I have been on holiday,I remember kate and the Edinburgh gangs postings when I was first diagnosed in 2008.Far too young!
