started this last Thursday and I’m still feeling wiped out! Taste buds have gone. Luckily no nausea though. Just feel totally drained.

I think there are quite a few people on this regime . The forum is going through some changes today so it’s quite restricted where people can post hopefully back to normal soon .

I’m on the same, started last friday and feeling similar with lack of energy and no taste buds!
Just taking each day as it comes, resting as needed and doing little bits when i can.

I’m about to have my fourth and final E&C infusion on Friday. Totally with you on being wiped out. It takes me about a week to get some normality back and be able to go for a walk. My smell and taste have changed too (I managed to catch covid with my first round so wasn’t sure if it was that still lingering), nausea not too bad but do have stomach bloating and headaches. X
Hey I had my third EC Thursday and I found I get less energy with each one, I keep a little diary just jotting down symptoms etc. my first I had a heavy head, sore mouth and a really awful taste that hasn’t gone. My second wasn’t too bad but the third wiped me out, and I’m really suffering with heartburn and acid reflux. Has anyone else had this? X
