Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can help me. For the past month I’ve been having a yellowish/white/clear discharge from both breasts and both nipples have eczema on them. My gp took a swab from the nipple and it had mrsa. I got checked out in the hospital and nothing showed up in ultrasound or when I was examined. The doctor gave me antibiotics and a cream and told me to come back in 6 weeks and if it hasn’t cleared it they have to do a biopsy for pagets disease.im very afraid as I know pagets has eczema like symptoms.
Sorry I forgot to say I’m 33 years old, no children and have eczema on body since a baby

You do not say how long you have been taking the antibiotics and cream for,?
I know it is hard because of what they GP said to you, however, he did not say that it could be pagets, he would just be doing it to exclude that, and it is possible that when you go back things will have improved significantly or that he may suggest a stronger course of antibiotics, especially as you have a history of eczema.

Hi Helena thank you for getting back to me. My gp originally gave me cream and antibiotics that didn’t clear it but the doctor in the hospital gave me stronger cream and meds and said if this doesn’t clear it I’ve to come back in 6 weeks to get a biopsy to check for pagets. I really hope these stronger meds and cream clear it up
