Hello everyone,
I’m Kate, founder of Evenly (getevenly.com) – a brand that creates bra balancing inserts to support women with breast asymmetry, no matter what the cause.
We’re planning a very special community photoshoot in London in late Sept / October and would love to include representation of someone who has experienced asymmetry as part of their breast cancer journey, either pre- or post-surgery.
This shoot is all about celebrating the diversity of our community and representing real lived experiences that are often underrepresented. We want to shine a light on stories that help break down taboos around post-surgical body changes like asymmetry, and create empowering, uplifting imagery together.
The shoot will be a beautifully styled, all-female experience, with a professional photographer and make-up artist, all done with great care, sensitivity and celebration.
You would need to feel comfortable being photographed in a bra, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re happy with.
It’s also a chance to create content that celebrates you, and we’d be glad to tag or promote any personal projects or advocacy work you’re involved in.
