Hi there. I’ve just joined here so not sure if this is the right thing to ask! I have MBC, spread to my spine and I’ve just been told that inky chemotherapy will now work for me. Have exhausted all other types of therapy. I’m a ‘great’ candidate for Enhertu as am HER2- low but it’s not available to me on the NHS in England. So I’m seriously wondering if I should move to Scotland, where it is available.
Is there anyone on here who’s had experience of this? Really not sure where to turn next! Don’t want to feel like I’m running out of options yet… thanks in advance for any advice, xx

Thanks @jmg - does this mean if I live in England, I’d still be eligible? Or just if I were to move to Scotland? Thanks!

Hi @gribbo,
Currently Enhertu for HER2-low secondary (metastatic) breast cancer is not approved for use on the NHS in England (or Wales or NI).
We have been campaigning since Enhertu was rejected for use on the NHS for a solution to be found that would make it available – you can find out more about the campaign here: #EnhertuEmergency | Breast Cancer Now
Sorry for late reply
I would think you would need to be a resident in Scotland and registered with a Gp here.
Wishing you the best going forward x
