Our evaluation team is exploring the impact our health information has on the people who use it.
We want to know the benefits people get from reading this information, as well as what we could be doing better. We are looking for anyone who has used our health information (printed or online) in the last 2 years to complete our short survey – this includes people who have experienced breast cancer themselves, as well as people looking to better understand the signs/symptoms of breast cancer, who might be concerned about a breast change or have a benign breast condition, as well as family members/friends of those affected by breast cancer.
Healthcare professionals can also complete the survey.
It should only take about 10 minutes to complete, and your valuable feedback can help us to improve the health information we offer to you and others affected by breast cancer.
