am loosing hair after being on this drug for 2 months . had just had capecitabine for 18 weeks. which is to blame for hair any ideas?

I have been on exemestane for 18 months and have noticed a definite thinning of my hair, there are probably a few more hairs in the brush than there used to be but it’s not that noticeable. I think the lack of oestrogen in the body eventually slows down the hair replacement process.
