I had a great BCC DVD for exercising after breast surgery. It really helped me. It is no longer available and I would love to find it for my daughter who has now also had surgery. Does anyone still have this DVD or know where I might find one?

You could also try posting in the Moving Foward after breast cancer board where some of our Forum users might be able to recommend similar videos or exercises that work for them.
