18 days ago I had a lumpectomy and I have since developed a haematoma and seroma and my breast is quite swollen. Doc said to get a firm support bra, which I thought I had. However, it’s not supportive/tight enough to prevent further swelling etc. (She said it should give a similar type of support that TED stockings do for the legs!) I’ve worked my way through a number of post-surgery bras from local shops, but can’t find anything that gives that kind of support. The best solution I’ve been able to find is to wear my M&S post-surgery bra with a stretchy sports bra on top of it, which has given a bit more ‘firmness’ to the support. Does anyone have any recommendations, suggestions or ‘make-do’ solutions that might help? Many thanks!
