Hi Marie, I have xtreme fatigue am si fed up sometimes I just manage to get from bed to settee.i am on 1800 mg of Cape twice a day this is my second cycle. Tell your oncologist about your side effects mine didnt want to reduce my dose he said persevere which is easier said than done. Sometimes I feel so low I just want to cry.i don’t eat much either because taste has gone but do drink lots of lucozade ( doesn’t give me any energy tbough). I find some people don’t understand what fatigue is and find myself getting so irritable when people day are you alright today No this is how I am EVERY DAY!!!
