Lisea - it’s hard to slow down if you are used to being active, but if you rest when your body is telling you to, you will be able to manage gentle exercise such as walking when you feel a bit better. There are other simple things you can do help you cope with fatigue (macmillan.org.uk/information-and-support/breast-cancer/coping/side-effects-and-symptoms/tiredness). Little things like the flowers also help lift your spirits. Take care of yourself for now, and you will find that you will start to feel better by the end of the cycle.
