@sammy75 How are you now? Hopefully they have called you back and they may say go to the hospital to be checked, that happened to me on my first cycle x

Sorry been quiet all day. Got sent to hospital to get checked over due to really blurred vision.
Ended up getting a CT scan at 4pm which came back clear. But all in all a big waste of time. lots of sitting around. Love the NHS but that was an unnecessarily long day.
Didnāt get any answers. But i think unless I feel I would benefit from antibiotics,Iām not sure I would report symptoms going forward.
I just need to suck it up and wait for the better days

Sending ingredients big loves to you all, im on antibiotics again this cycle, first cycle because my wisdom tough decided to play up and this time ive had a proper bad chesty cough for over a week! @vizsla_mum ive had a dodgy eye each time when ive took the steroids and then its vanished not sure if thats the same as you?

Glad @vizsla_mum youāre ok, I had a wasted trip weekend before last with high temperature (it was bisphosphonates reaction not infection) but itās best to get checked.

I canāt remember who said they wished their leg hair would fall out but Iām pleased to tell you my leg, arm, pubic as well as head hair all going. Underarm hair just seems to have stopped growing. Eyebrows and lashes still intact but I donāt hold out much hope!

My leg hair is clinging on in parts. My eyebrows are sparse and lashes holding on , thankfully. Iāll enjoy having lashes whilst I can.

If anybody has a PIcc line & is not aware, you can get three picc line covers from Picc Pals for free. Itās a charity. Mine arrived this morning , Iāll post a pic up tomorrow. Theyāre lovely, will try one of them when I get my dressing changed tomorrow.

Thanks, Iām doing ok - I had a bit of irritation/itchy scalp but thatās much better after a wash, left it a bit too long - overall trying to keep a bit of normality with working as I can work from home , occasionally a bit of fatigue - taking each day as it comes

Me too, I work from home and find it a positive distraction. Fatigue is the main side affects Iāve experienced along with nausea , Iām on EC. Day 10 is the day that things have improved, Iām on my good week where I feel good overall. So long as I donāt push things. Iām tired by the evenings but I can take that

@sam1204 Itās a moment when the body hair goes! Iāve one cycle to go and Iāve lost a few eyelashes in the last few days and every time an eyebrow hair falls out I mourn itā¦Iām half expecting them all to drop out just after I finish the last cycle next week! I am in no hurry for body hair to come back!

@vizsla_mum You definitely did the right thing going but after I ended up at hospital with a temperature after my first cycle and sat in A&E from 1am to 6am and saw the absolute state of it, the filthy toilet, the police presence it has totally put me off going back unless Iām in a seriously bad state! Hope youāre doing ok now x

Thank you for your reply. I havenāt seen this weeks blood test results but I notice that last week my neutrophils were right down almost past the normal mark so maybe thatās why Iāve caught this bug. Thanks for your support.
