Hi all. For days now (post FEC2) I’ve felt like I had a tablet stuck in my oesophagus… it didn’t hurt, I was just aware of it. Mentioned it to a friend, who said it was common with chemo… so I rang the BCN, who said from what I describe I have thrush - which is treatable (have the stuff in the cupboard from last GP visit) so I feel really pleased to be “on it” - it would only have got worse… didn’t seem like anything serious or worth mentioning, but you never know… be encouraged to ask about ANYTHING! Jane
Quite right Jane, it’s always best to ask, otherwise we worry ourselves sick over things that can easily be sorted.

Another example of the cancer adage - THERE IS NO SUCH THINg AS A SILLY QUESTION!!!
Well done for getting your problem identified, now it can be sorted.
