Fibroadenoma and uniductal bloody discharge

Hi all,

I was diagnosed last December with a fibroadenoma. In recent months it has grown quite a bit. In addition I now have a dark/bloody discharge from one duct on that side. Can’t help being alarmed and questioning original diagnosis.

I have seen breast consultant and am seeing him again in 4 weeks.

Struggling to sleep as I’m so stressed!

Any thoughts/experiences?

It might be worth ringing the breast team and reporting the changes - may be a chance to be seen quicker to put your mind at rest ?
