Fibroadenoma/B1 Inadequate biopsy result

Hey everyone! Hope you’re all doing OK! Something has been playing on my mind which I will speak with my consultant about when I see him in a couple of days but thought I’d ask on here for any advice.

I was diagnosed with grade 2 IDC and had lumpectomy on 16th Dec. Whilst doing all their initial investigations they found another lump and my original consultant (I changed to a different one as my original consultant was off throughout December and I was adamant I was having my surgery pre Christmas!)… Anyway during one of the MDT meetings before the biopsy they reviewed the scans of the other lump and he said one of the very good head radiologists had said he thinks it looks like a “pre cancerous” lump. Sent me for a biopsy and it came back as B1 inadequate so they want to check it again in 6 months and it was left at that, I’m just abit anxious about waiting as it’s in the same breast as the known area of C I’ve just had removed.

Has anybody else been in this position or have any advice on what you would do?

Thank you x
