Fibrocystic breast lumps

Hello,

I have fibrocystic disease in my upper outer quadrants on both my left and right breast. The left a heck more prominent. I had this check via ultarsound in my early thirties and all was fine.

The lump under my left breast feels like thick tissue just directly under in the middle with a lump which I’m awaiting biopsy results on.

Is it possible to feel an actual lump and it be the fibrocystic thing again or are lumps a different thing entirely?
