Im recently diagnosed with TNBC. So my story starts as being confirmed with brca2 gene, having risk reducing surgery of double mastectomy my histology results came back I have grade3 IDC-TNBC. I’ve just had my lymph nodes out and I’m waiting on results. Has anyone else found out this way?

sorry you find yourself on here, you can also try the someone like me option that breast cancer now offers if that might help. Do use the threads here as much or as little as you need ask away and we will all try and help if we can do take it one step at a time during treatments and your treatments will be tailored specifically to you ??

I had full axilla lymph node removal but they found it on ultrasound scan and biopsy’s at my fast track appointment… So I had neo adjuvant chemo to shrink the tumours and node disease. Then operated. After histology came back it was in 5/15 nodes. Hope this helps, hugs! I’m now 8 years free! ? x
