Forgot my tablet

Worried today as realised I forgot to take my tamoxifen tablet yesterday. Unlike me, usually efficeintonly finisehd rads on Fri, last bit of my treatment.On my 3rd month of Tamoxifen Now panicking that it will come back cos I’ve missed a tablet. Advice please ladies, thank you!

Don’t worry - one day will not make any difference. I often forgot mine and am still here 17 years later! XX

i often forget mine as well, its easy done, i just take it when its next due

Yes I’ve been told if you forget, don’t take double, just carry on as normal the next day.
