Dear Everyone
We have some positive news we would like to share with you regarding the Breast Cancer Care Forum and Website! Please read below to find out all you need to know.
Breast Cancer Care is very happy to announce that we have a new Single Sign On system for our digital offers. This means that when you register for the forum and then go onto the new website you are already registered there.
This change is planned to start at 8am on Thursday 30 July and is anticipated to take eight hours, which means that the forum will be ‘read-only’ from 8am on Thursday. This means you will be able to look at existing posts, but not post or comment. If you would like to talk to someone in the meantime or have any questions, please do contact the Helpline or Ask The Nurse service, our specialist trained team are there to take your calls and answer your questions.
Our change to Single Sign On has real benefits for you and will make using our website and forum a lot easier and smoother. It means that registering for events and publications will be much quicker. There will be no need to remember multiple user names and passwords as you will have one account J.
To make Single Sign On work on your account, and to continue to use the forum, you will need to confirm your email and reset your passwords as a security measure. We will let you know how to do this once the change has been made. Please look out for an email and another post in the forum about this.
We want you to be assured that our information is held on our database according to the Data Protection Act, so it is kept securely and confidentially.
If you have any questions, please email moderator@breastcancercare.org.uk
Best wishes
