found a lump ahh

hello I had stage 2 breast cancer feb 2009 have left mastectomy and nodes removed 3/20 positive.hormone-receptor-positive had chemo/radio and on Tamoxifen.And have now found a small pea size lump on my remaining breast.im so scared and cant get to been seen as i due in hosp fri for Hysterectomy.the cancer team want to see me next fri but i think i be to tender after the op to travel 20 miles. Jane

Hi fri is clinic day. No good as its my op im booked in 7am.Really cant do this all again IF its cancer. Jane x

Mary thats for your reply and tips.But i think 2 weeks wait it have to be not much i can do now because i need this op fri.Just keeping everything crossed. Jane

Hi Jane which do you feel is the most important? You can postpone your hysterectomy as your already on the waiting list you may be able get a cancellation within a couple of weeks. Why not call them and explain what’s up.

Alternatively in the grand scheme of things waiting another week or so for your breast check up won’t affect the outcome.

Obviously nobody but you can decide which appointment is more important.
