Found a lump and frightened

Hi, first time on here but I am scared.

I am 26 years old, and have found a small lump very close to my nipple, my nipple has also become almost non existent, its inverting when led flat and there is no sensation in a usually very sensitive nipple. I am terrified, I have a 5 yr old and 4 yr old aswell as a five week old baby, and I’m so so scared :frowning: I am going to see my Dr tomorrow and get him to check it, but I am worried he’ll fob me off because I had a baby so recently and because I’m young.

Can anyone tell me if these are common symptoms of a tumour? And were any of you young when you were diagnosed? x
