Found a lump and Puckering of skin ? ultrasound and biopsy

Afternoon ladies.

Yesterday I attended my breast referral appointment regarding a lump and puckering skin on my right boob.

I had my initial pre assessment which confirmed lump but also a new lump detected too.

So waited for my scan… had scan the sonigrapher said it all looked ok and couldn’t see the 2nd lump the nurse had found earlier so not to worry…

So went and waited for my consultation expecting a take care and just keep checking…

But no when I went in I was asked to get undressed again so the consultant could 'reassess my lumps… which I replied that I’ve already had my check and scan and all was fine… but the HCA was adamant so did has I was told. Consulantant came in exgsamined me again then said she needed to do a biopsy… she did 3 of them… So now feeling less optimistic… has the ultrasound didn’t show the new lump but it was felt and needed biopsy… could this mean it’s still a chance of breast cancer??

Thanks
