I’m a 28 year old male and 2 years ago my nipple went inverted I went for a mammogram and it came back ok , but about 4 weeks ago I have found a lump just above my nipple I had another mammogram ans the doctor is sending me for a biopsy I’m now worrying how long this lump has been there he said he’s pretty sure it’s just a cyst but I’m convincing myself it’s cancer. Does going for a biopsy mean he thinks it’s cancer .

No, having a biopsy does not mean it’s bc, it just means they are being thorough in getting to the bottom of it.
Biopsies are done when it’s not clear what it is on standard imaging techniques, so although the mind goes into overdrive a bit whilst waiting, the chances of it being bc is as negligable as it could be, especially as you’re a young male.
It most likely is a cyst as your Dr says, but it is right to get it properly checked out.
