Free dental treatment?

I know that cancer patients get free prescriptions (as of April 09) but as a secondary breast cancer patient, does this entitle me to free NHS dental treatment too? I am not on any benefits (besides non means tested DLA) and my partner is on a low income - I know I should be claiming but I’ve got a phobia about forms etc…
Just wondering of my med-ex cert will cover dental treatment too?
