Hi today was jab day. I’ve been fine up to now. One jab after the next. One bum cheek at a time. Today 2 nurses 

 2 needles. They were lovely and suggested having both together. OUCH. 

Apparently some ladies request this. All I can say is I  hope to remain on these meds, which allow me to get on with my life, for a long time. But one jab at a time for me in the future ?xx

Ouch Jennie!! Yes I’m with you…one at a time! 
I have only just started on Fulvestrant (had 2 lots) first time I found it quite painful afterwards for a good few days but this week they have been fine but I noticed this nurse did it further down, maybe that makes a difference and who does??
