Further surgery to clear positive margins after masty

Going through breast cancer treatment Surgery

Hello,

I’ve got grade 1and2 invasive ductile breast cancer pro and oestrogen + 

Two weeks ago had a full mastectomy and 6 lymph nodes removed for testing.

My lymph nodes have come back clear but I have to have further surgery to clear positive margins. Does anyone else have any experience of this?
