"Game changing cancer treatment" article in The Guardian

I just thought that this may be of interest to someone, I’m a technophobe so cannot post a link but Google the page in The Guardian about CAR-T cell gene therapy.

It’s an exciting new treatment which has been successful in blood cancer trials and research scientists, including my son who works at UCL in London, are trying to safely extend this to solid tumours. At the moment there are some obstacles to overcome but it offers the opportunity for a complete remission which has to be a game-changer. Happy weekend everyone x

Hi Stillhere, here it is I think? From what I’ve heard UCL are doing some amazing research, as you say a potential game-changer. By the way, when it comes to technology, I’m not much better, my 7year old godson shows me what to do!! Thanks for posting, Kxx

That’s the article Kate, thanks for your help! x
