Giant fibroadenoma

Hi,

 

Two days ago I had a giant fibroadenoma removed (20cm and weighed 1kg) whilst the pain isn’t to bad, I’m really concerned that my breast is still much bigger then the other and it will now stay that size permanently? I’m hoping at this point it’s swelling but it doesn’t feel swollen.

 

Has anyone had a similar size removed with the breast shrinking back to its normal size?
