Good foods during FEC-T

People out there I need your experience, expertise and guidance…
What are the suggested “good foods” to eat ( subject to nausea) to assist the recovery of my body?
I’ve picked up one hint that frozen pineapple juice cubes are good for mouth problems, but does anyone else have any little idiosyncrasies that worked for them?
I start just after Christmas and would appreciate anything you can suggest

Regular rinses with sodium bicarbonate 1 teasp to a glass of water - after every food or drink…to keep down the amount of mouth bacteria…soothing for sore mouth too.
