hi girls have just been on to wish tracylouise luck and thought i would read some posts i am in the position that i have had 2 core biopsys both of wich have come back benign i dont have a lump just a hardness and my nipple is sinking inwards doc thinks it is just inflamation and has asked me to go back in 6 to 8 weeks i am worried that they have missed something as they told me after first biopsy looks like cancer both physicaly and on mamo and ultrasound second came back clear again i would have liked them to go in just to make sure but they say not nessesary at this time as biopsy was clear am i worrying over nothing or should i push for surgery to put my mind at rest bablicious

Just read your last comment. your story sounds similar to mine except the doctor was very cautious and said he’d recommend removing and testing the lump to be sure. I suppose he could easily have said not to bother after the test results but I think he thought the scan looked very like a cancer tumour. I’m pleased he is wanting it done- I’d hate to find out a year down the line that there was a problem. I don’t know what to advise you but maybe ask if you can be absolutely sure from what they’ve seen so far?
