Hair care products recommendation

Hi - am looking for recommendations for hair products which might slow shedding or encourage regrowth!!! My background is diagnosed with SBC (bone mets in shoulder only at the mo), on letrozole, cold capped through 6 rounds of chemo & kept most of my hair. Now on maintenance phesgo injections & my hair has started shedding :cry:. It’s pretty thin anyway but are there any products out there which you guys have found helped??

I use Nioxin system 2 shampoo and conditioner, think it has helped and so does my hairdresser. I have been using it for about 18 months and have lots of new growth regularly. I buy from Amazon and only when on offer!

Been in a similar spot—my hair got super thin after treatment and shedding felt nonstop. Tried a bunch of things, but what actually helped a bit was using a scalp serum from Mily (it’s Korean skincare but they’ve got some great hair stuff too). It’s super gentle, and massaging it in felt soothing and helped with regrowth around my temples.

Hi I have found that the Plantur 39 shampoo and conditioner have helped with the thinning and hair loss. They are reasonably priced and available in the supermarkets as well

Nioxin 4 shampoo, conditioner and serum. I feel it has made a big difference. I was told by a hairdresser that it is very good for not only encouraging regrowth and thickening hair but that the serum can help prevent follicle death.
