Breast Cancer Care is running a Hair & Scalp care session at the next meeting of the Living with Secondary Breast Cancer group in Cardiff on the 16 August. The session will be delivered by a local Hair Care Professional and it’s an opportunity to find out more information about looking after the hair & scalp, the effects of cancer treatments on hair loss, wigs and styling, colouring and products etc. We also have two Headstrong volunteers coming to give more information on what the Headstrong service can offer you as well as a practical demonstration of scarf tying. It will be followed by lunch and a chance to chat over a cuppa.
