Hi there, I’m looking for a halter neck bra with a low back in a 40E size for an upcoming wedding and can’t seem to find one anywhere!! The back of my dress is about the height of a normal backed bra maybe slightly lower but I can’t seem to find anything online that has a low back, halter and pockets for my prosthetic boob!! I’m not sure I can get away with a strapless one as the boobs quite heavy and I would Like some support on my real boob!( late 40s starting to travel South 
)
Does anyone have any advice or know of where they sell them But but at £50 mark as I will probably not wear it very often if at all again

Try Asda, they do a post surgery lace bra up to 42F. Although it has straps you can get it altered to fit as a halter neck. It worked for me and 2 in a pack for under £20.
How about this? It says it has multiway straps so you could use one as a halter?

M+S do some styles that can be converted into a crossover back as I think other brands will do as well . Have you considered detaching the straps where they hook into the bra at the back but instead of crossing them over shorten them and fasten the 2 metal hooks together to make one halter strap . I did this once before I had breast cancer - I’m smaller breasted than you though so I’m not sure if it would give you enough support . But if you ordered a bra online you could try the idea out for free and send it back if doesn’t work. Xx
Sorry I realised I got my thoughts mixed .up. I meant try getting a post surgery bra that converts to a crossover back then after unhooking the straps from the bra hook them together and shorten them xx
