Hello. I wonder if anyone here has had rads to their shoulder to zap lymph nodes under the collar bone and shoulder?
I am still curently having chemo (4 down, 2 to go - 3 x FEC and 1 x Tax down, with 2 x Tax to go). I was told by my Onc.that I would have chemo, then rads to shoulder and then hormone therapy. I didn’t go into details re. the rads then as coping with the thought of the chemo was more than enough at that time (one step at a time!), so I don’t know how many sessions I will need, etc.
Sorry - finally getting to my query! I was wondering if the rads have caused any problems regarding stiffness in the shoulder, lymphoedema, etc. I have read that it can do and am really worried about that.
Any comments / examples of people’s experiences welcomed.

Edited to add: I can’t have rads to my chest area as I have previously had rads following a lumpectomy in 2007.
