For some reason I wasn’t contacted about when I should have started radiotherapy(after my mx and reconconstruction) and now 4 months later I have been advised to have 15 treatments starting 5th Feb.
Am worried that because of the late start,things have become worse …does anyone else have experience of this?

Well, it is what it is & you now have a date for rads.
I have read somewhere that a few months here or there is unlikely to make any difference.

I had my lumpectomy in July last year but had to have further surgeries due to infection and fat necrosis and had my Radiotherapy 2 - 23 Jan this year so I wouldn’t worry about it too much…
