I had my first Chemo yesterday (4pm) and this morning I’ve woken with a banging head. I was told not to take paracetamol as it can mask a temp… Is there anything we can take?

I took paracetamol on advise of onc just took my temp before… he said its easier on the tummy especially with nausea, hope you feel better soon x
