Heavy periods on tamoxifen

Hi,

I have been on tamoxifen since November 2023, after completing chemotherapy in October 2023.

My periods stopped during chemo and returned February 2024, and when they did return they were heavy and painful.

I started zoladex August 2024, and remained on it until November 2024 at which point I came off.

I had my first period since zoladex last month, which was very heavy and cramps were extremely painful. The bleeding was extremely fresh looking red also. I had a little bleeding yesterday just randomly (literally one time) and feel a little crampy. It has been 22 days since my period.

I thought this was all likely normal with not having a period for so long but now I’m not sure?
