I know I sound insane but I can’t remember if I took my meds tonight.
Do I take the meds in case I haven’t or not take it a risk missing a dose ??
my brain just isn’t working .
I’m not a medic but I don’t think you need to worry too much about missing one dose of hormone therapy . I know people have been advised to take a break of a couple of weeks when suffering bad side effects to establish for sure these things were caused by the meds and have been told this time period off hormone meds doesn’t really cause too much concern .
I missed one of mine - was told no worries.
I took my usual dose the next day same time as usual.
I forget, my head is like a sieve at times, never used to be until I started letrozole, I made a cuppa the other day and put lemonade in it instead of milk.
