@jeml it sounds like he needs further investigation for tachycardia x awful to just leave him to walk home though sadly once discharged they aren’t equipped with the facilities to help you get home 
I’m a private patient as no nhs dentists in existence where I live but did call
111 and they just said the emergency clinic is an hour away in Gloucester and only runs on Saturdays and basically told me to go back to my hcp 
so in a nutshell I think I’ve got to just keep it as clean as poss and hope for the best … it’s typical it happens on a weekend
