Has anyone been recommended sage, tumeric, and pollen x ?? 

I had my appointment at menapause clinic ,they’ve just put me on tamoxifen ,I’m 37,

So they offered me these herbs at same time,.

I used to work in Holland & Barrett so I know about these herbs, so a bit confused when I was offered them 

I  don’t know what pollen x is tho ???

I’m going to try gabapentin, 

Does anyone know the effect of gabapentin on the aromatase enzyme? 

I don’t want to take some thing that actually raises the enzyme ,as that would affect my estrogen levels, ( I’ve tried all aromatase enzyme) they just make me ill).

If I can get on with tamoxifen, I want to lower the rest of the estrogen naturally
