Herceptin and coronavirus

I had my second Herceptin injection yesterday, which all seemed to go smoothly. But two hours after coming home, the nurse called to say that the coronavirus test that they had done on me on Tuesday had just come back positive. I was flabbergasted - I have been mega careful and I have no symptoms at all.

So I am now having a BIG panic. Will yesterday’s injection compromise my immune system, just when I need it to be getting rid of the virus?

I am in need of reassurance!
