Herceptin and letrozole

Hi all 

Not been on here for a while and hope you are all doing ok? I have now finished my chemo and got up to 66% as side effects outweighed benefits. I continue to have Phesgo every three weeks and am taking letrazole. I am getting a lot of joint pain and intense internal itching all over but mainly in my arms, almost like hives. I am taking antihistamine which helps a little. The worst thing is the neuropathy in my fingers. Not only numb but so sore to touch. I wondered has anyone else experienced this and any tips! I still have 6 months of Phesgo left.
