I have my first Herceptin on Tuesday and the Docetaxel and carboplatin the next day.
im there all day both days.
What was your experience of having Herceptin?
I’m so nervous of a horrid reaction to it!?

I have been having Herceptin every 3 weeks since October, I get pretty much no reaction at all, occasionally a slight redness.
I have it in the injection form, and ask to warm it up in my hand first. Stings a bit for the first 20-30 seconds, then it is fine.
take a book, since you have to wait a long time after the first one. X
