Hi how you feeling now :slightly_smiling_face: My mum has been diagnosed with BC. She got a lump that’s 5cm and 3 lymph nodes near armpit affected. Waiting for CT scan to be done and also bone scan. Really feeling anxious and stressed :smiling_face_with_tear:

Otherwise my mum she don’t look she has BC, doing everything as normal, eating normal, no nipple discharge or inverted, no changes to breast, only thing is the lump which only when u touch u can feel it and pain around that area but its not all the time. My mum also has type 2 diabetes.

How was your journey and experience

I’m also just diagnosed grade 3. I have two young kids too. Your story is bringing me hope as grade 3 feels quite advanced to me…

Im sorry your having to go through this.
Mine started with a lump and it spread to my lymph nodes aswell. I ended up having surgery to remove all my lymph nodes on my cancer side. 6 out of 21 where affected.
It has left me with chronic pain and nerve damage, but I adapted and carry on. I wont complain as having that surgery saved me xx

Mine was grade 3 also, it means that it can spread quite quickly. Because of this I had a mastectomy to remove all the cancer first off. Chemo and radio followed.
Have you a treatment plan or know what
type of BC you have yet? The type of BC determines what treatment you would have first.
You will get through this, just take it one day at a time…your children will give you the strength to keep going. You are not alone :heartpulse:

It’s hormone positive. I’m having chemo first then mascetomy then radio.
