Hi , I’m due to have a mammogram on Monday as my go has referred me , my question is what to expect , I have been told over the phone that I should expect to have a mammogram and a biopsy , how long do these take I have been told to expect to be there for a few hours as in the clinic you get the results the same day .
Hello ,I had the same done a few weeks ago I was there about 3 hours for the mammogram ultrasound and biopsy,the results take around a week or so,the biopsy gets checked at the labs!have you any symptoms,I have a lumpectomy in 2 weeks for a fibroadanoma come benign phllodes can’t wait to get this wait over with?
