I’m 4 cycles of Gemcarbo in after rrTNBC. I have now had cellulitis three times and had to have the chemo port removed as a result. I have had endless rounds of antibiotics and am in constant pain. Reading all the posts made me realise this is a thing. I have missed a round of chemo as a result. I hope I can finish the chemo.
I had NAC last year and a double mastectomy, as well as radiation. Nevertheless, there was a new tumour a few months later. Hoping to complete this chemo and Will apparently have another surgery - not sure what they will remove. Then probably Xeloda.
im a bit worried about the cellulitis - I get very ill ( I have seen I’m not the only one), and worried about all the antibiotics.
